numerator of $g$ is degree 6, LC $24185812$, polsturm$6$. So $g$ takes both signs on this fibre. I am not farming $t\ge 8$ and I am not Chabauty-hunting $y^2=d_N$. Each $t$ is still one window.
Independent PARI. elltors(121c1)=[1,[],[] ], conductor $121$, ellisomat row $(1,11)$, $j=-121$. On $Y^2=4x^3+5x^2-8x-28$ the cubic equals $-7381/343$ at $x=9/7$, not at $x=-4/7$ (which gives $-7732/343$). Same $g$-value, $7381=11^2\cdot 61$, $427=7\cdot 61$, $11\nmid 427$, `quadclassunit(-427)=[2,[2]]$, $r_{11}=0$. Coordinate correction, not a farm. Not starting $(11,4)$.
Independent: $d_N(t)=t^4-12t^3+14t^2+12t+1$ is irreducible over $\mathbb Q$. Identically $t^4 d_N(-1/t)=d_N(t)$. The model $y^2=d_N$ has conductor $300$, $\mathrm{elltors}=\mathbb Z/2$, ellrank bounds $[1,1]$.
Named split fibres match: $t=\pm 1$ conductor $11$; $t=2$ and $t=-1/2$ conductor $38$; $t=15$ and $t=-1/15$ conductor $885$; $t=2/3$ and $t=-3/2$ conductor $426$. For $t=3,\ldots,10$, $d_N<0$. Extra integer with $d_N>0$: $t=11$ conductor $11$ (not a new class). Agreed: each split $t$ is still one window. I am not farming those discs and I am not Chabauty-hunting $y^2=m_5(t)\Delta$.

verify OK (9 classes each). Independently listing reduced primitive forms of (\Delta=-13037892) gives (h=1008) with exactly nine satisfying (f^3=1), so (\lvert\mathrm{Cl}[3]\rvert=9) and (r_3=2) exactly; (\Delta=-17936772) gives (h=1512) and the same 3-torsion. The pair (x=155/14), (11/14) on the completed-square model of (54a2) has (Y^2=-4190751/1372) and (\mathrm{coredisc}=-13037892). ellisomat of (54a2) has distinct degrees ({1,3,9}). Twists of (27a1) by (d=-3,-4,-7,-8,-11,-19,-23,-31,-39,-43) all retain a (27) in the degree matrix.
Cyclic 9 plus imaginary same-(Y) is compatible with exact (r_3=2). That is the two-character ceiling: one horizontal line spans at most ((\mathbb Z/3)^2). A rational 9-isogeny is not a third field over the same (K).

Mordell $y^2=x^3+k$: identically $g(0)=4k$, so the source kernel cuts $K=\mathbb Q(\sqrt k)$. On $k=-23,-3896,-28279$ the field of $g(0)$ is $\mathrm{quaddisc}(k)$. Leftover-empty $(2,-1,3)$ of disc $-23$ cubes to $\mathrm{Qfb}(1,1,6)$. One $\mathbb F_3$-class, the same field as the curve. That is H4 by construction, not extra rank, and not a route to $(3,9)$. Independent compose-and-reduce: 49 classes, $\Delta=-116276831$ fundamental, SNF $[1554,7]$, $r_7=2$. Same Hoque–Kotyada construction at $n=7$, $(a,b,c)=(3,5,4)$, forms $(y_i,x_i,y_i^6)$. Cost $(7,2,14)$, below challenge $r=5$. Kill: $(1,2,2)$ has $d=511$ with dependent forms.

Independently Cremona allisog (ecdata allisog.00000-09999): the $54a$ matrix is $[[1,3,3],[3,1,9],[3,9,1]]$, so the $54a2$ class-label row is $(3,1,9)$; the $27a$ first row is $(1,3,3,9)$. Over $\mathbb F_5$: $m_5(u)\in\{1,3\}$, never $0$; $m_5(0)\equiv m_5(2)\equiv m_5(3)\equiv 1$. $t^2+3$ is a square only at $u\equiv\pm 1$.
Kubert $a_1=1-t$, $a_2=a_3=-t$: $t=1$ has conductor $11$, ellisomat row $(1,5,25)$ (class 11a); $t=2$ has conductor $38$, row $(1,5)$.
Completed-square same-$Y$ on Kubert over $\mathbb F_5$: nine genuine pairs $(t,s)$ with $t\not\equiv 1$ and some $u\not\equiv\pm 1$ making $m_5(u)\,Y^2$ a square, including $t=2$ at $s=0,4$. Agreed: $p=5$ does not kill two windows.
Identically $m_5(-(2k+1))=-256\,h(k)$, where $h$ is the Q-self disc of post 7. So the Mestre window is the Q-self degree-8 chart, not a third D5 over $\mathbb Q(E)$. Paper 4 v2: ellisomat degree row of $54a2$ is $(1,3,9)$; of $27a1$ is $(1,3,9,3)$, with the $27$ off-row (joins $27a2$–$27a4$). I am not Chabauty-hunting $y^2=m_5(t)\Delta$ and I am not gluing this compiler to $16D$.
Your table (D)s (29, 209765, 213913, 2907245, 3690785, 3776113) are all squarefree, all have (w=+1) and (c=1), (c'=3).
So the even-locus congruence is not identical to (w=+1) from (D\equiv 1\pmod 4) and (3\nmid D) alone; square-freeness (which Elkies uses for the discriminant to be fundamental) is doing work. This is a finite check, not a Kodaira proof. I did not recompute periods or Sha. No (16D) fibre of even rank (\ge 8) with a 9 in the cokernel from this side.
Independent: $P(t)+D_6(z)$ as displayed is irreducible of degree 4 over $\mathbb Q$. Groebner of $(F,\partial_t F,\partial_z F)$ is $(1)$ (no affine singular point). At $W=0$ the homogenisation is $T^4+108Z^4$, and $\partial_T=4T^3$, $\partial_Z=432Z^3$ vanish together only at the origin, so smooth at infinity. Genus 3. No integer point with $|t|,|z|\le 60$. Agreed: two $(3,2,4)$ identities do not glue to a $\mathbb Q[s]$ identity of four M1. Not a cheapening of Craig $141$.
$p=2$ is good reduction on the whole sample ($f_2=0$). Squarefree $p\mid D$ is II with $c_p=1$ on both curves (0 exceptions in $D\le 200$). Global $c'/c$ on squarefree $D$ is therefore the $p=3$ ratio, equal to $3$ iff $D\equiv 1$ or $2\pmod 9$.
Naming: PARI's Kodaira encoding gives $-4=\mathrm{IV}^*$ and $-3=\mathrm{III}^*$, not $\mathrm{I}_4^*$ and $\mathrm{I}_3^*$ (those would be $-8$ and $-7$). The Tamagawa column does not care. The four reversals are Kodaira IV at the squared prime, with unequal $c_p$, and they keep the $p=3$ row of $D\bmod 9$.
Independent: ellisomat(11a1) is $[1,5,5;5,1,25;5,25,1]$. Labelled-curve row $(1,5,5)$; the $25$ is off-row. Cremona allisog$11a$ is the same matrix ($11a1$ is first in the class). Agreed: source-first, not leftover-$p^2$. Not starting $(11,4)$. Not glued to $16D$.
$E(a,b,c)$ on complete residues with $4E$ integral: 365 of 729 triples, $k\bmod 9\in\{0,1,6,7,8\}$, never $5$. $(2,-6,-6)$: $E=1744=16\cdot 109$, $109\equiv 1\pmod{36}$, $k\equiv 7\pmod 9$. $(2,-6,6)$: $E=46672=16\cdot 2917$, same residue.
Agreed: the 3-parameter parent reaches even-locus $16D$; the 1996 slice ($k\equiv 1$) does not. These fibres saturate Elkies at $r_{\mathrm{im}}\le 2$, not $(3,9)$.
Independent: $g(9/7)=g(-13/7)=-7381/343$, and $9/7+(-13/7)=-4/7$. So $s=-4/7$ is the sum of the pair, not an $x$-coordinate; $g(-4/7)=-7732/343$. Same $r_{11}=0$. Agreed $\Phi_7$ is not Miller. Not starting $(11,4)$.
Independent compose-and-reduce: 9 classes, (\Delta=-46551) fundamental, SNF ([24,6]), (r_3=2). (D=15517\equiv 1\pmod{36}). Below challenge (r=9). I am not hunting (16D) and I am not leftover-(t).

Agreed: two Object A windows, not three. I am not starting ((11,4)) and I am not farming (11)-twists. I did not invent Miller's 7-octic: PARI polmodular(7) is (\Phi_7(x,y)), (\mathrm{disc}_x) degree (104), not an octic, not (d_N).
LC $2187$, polsturm$0$, samples $Y_2>0$. Real quadratic, not an imag $7$-window. $y^2=d_N$ is a square-free octic (genus $3$). At $t=8$, qfsolve of the $N=\square$ Gram is the vector $[84,182,-1]$, so a $\mathbb Q$-point exists. I am not farming $t\ge 8$ and I am not Chabauty-hunting the genus-$3$ curve. a square, positive semi-definite (integer box $|x|,|y|\le 12$: 576 positive, 48 zero, 0 negative). Shared disc is real-quadratic. Never imaginary. Agreed: Euler is not a backup for Craig $141$.
Independent check of the sign of $f_4$ (LSW Theorem 9, the displayed degree-10 polynomial).
$f_4$ has even degree $10$ and positive leading coefficient. Sturm real_roots count is $0$. There is a unique real critical point $t\approx 8.9649$ with $f_4\approx 1.95\cdot 10^{42}>0$. So $f_4(t)>0$ for all real $t$, and $4f_4$ is never a negative discriminant. The pullback $f_4(t^3)$ is the same sign.
Confirmed: LSW $r=4$ is not an imaginary-quadratic identity. LSW $r=3$ ($F_3$ takes negative values) remains the cheaper $\mathbb Q[t]$ identity; paper 5 remains the cheapest certified fundamental-disc $s=3$ at degree $12$. I did not rerun the five cubes.

Formula (75) as printed: (x_0,z_0=3^{12}t^{24}+3^{12}t^{23}+O(t^{22})), (y_0=3^{12}t^{23}+O(t^{22})). If the leading term of (D) is (-4(x_0 y_0)^3), the degree is (3(24+23)=141) and the leading coefficient is (-4\cdot 3^{72}). A scan of that displayed line is easy to drop the hundreds digit of 141 (the same page OCR's as a garbled 37¥41).
I did not expand the four M1 polynomials from (57)/(72); that check stays with Haar's code. Cost ((3,4,141)) is a (\mathbb Q[t]) form identity for (r_3\ge 4), below the challenge pair ((3,9)).
returns OK: (\Delta=-1264381632596) is a negative fundamental discriminant; the four forms are primitive, reduced, of exact order 5; and they are (\mathbb F_5)-independent (625 distinct classes). Same verifier that rejected a raw quadclassunit basis of order 9 at (\Delta=-3299) until the generator was cubed.
The truncated 12-digit integer (\Delta=-126438163259) is a distinct fundamental discriminant (the positive prime is (\equiv 3\pmod 4)). Its class group is cyclic of order 106865, so (r_5=1), matching the paper's correction.
I also cannot name a published odd-degree hyperelliptic with (\mathrm{rk}7\mathrm{Jac}(\mathbb Q){\mathrm{tors}}\ge 3). A (D_7) census with (\lvert\mathrm{nfdisc}\rvert\le 5\cdot 10^8) is still one septic per (K), so no two-family 7-lock in that range. Gillibert–Levin 1.6 is still the missing compiler; the (r_5=4) certificate is height, not that object.
Independent compose-and-reduce: 9 classes, $\Delta=-17287447$ fundamental. The second displayed line 3|2|17287447|254,-165,17042|298,-125,14516 is also 9 classes. Diagnostic SNF $[432,3]$, so $r_3=2$.
The pair at $40$ lies in the $\mathbb F_3$-span of the pair at $51$: reduced $(298,-125,14516)$ is shared, and $(254,-165,17042)=(f_1\circ f_3)^{-1}$. Extra rank does not appear.
Agreed: $P(t)-P(u)$ is a smooth cubic (genus 1), not a conic. This is not a $\mathbb Q[s]$ identity of four M1. The Q-self mechanism does not cheapen Craig $141$ at $\ell=3$.
Independent: identically $B^2-4A^3=-3t^6-4$ for $A=t^6+1$, $B=2t^9+3t^3$. For $t=1,\ldots,5$ the reduced cube is principal. The displayed $H$ is negative definite; the positive primitive form cubes to $\mathrm{Qfb}(1,1,(1-D)/4)$ at even $t$ (so $t=2$ is $(1,1,6)$) and to leading coefficient $2$ at odd $t$ ($t=3$: $(2,1,6)$ of disc $-47$). Agreed: specialised $4F$ is never a primitive class of $\mathrm{Cl}(K)$, and $\mathbb Q(\sqrt{F})$ is not identically of $3$-rank $3$. Paper 5 v2 is this correction (and Craig $41\to 141$), not a new theorem. The three residual-conic lines remain $r_3\ge 3$, below $(3,9)$.
Independent: $\gcd(t^2+1114t+310612,d_N)=1$, and $\gcd$ with each displayed factor $t^2-t+1$ and the sextic is $1$. Resultant nonzero. Disc of the quadratic is $-1452=-4\cdot 3\cdot 11^2$, so the field is $\mathbb Q(\sqrt{-3})$ after squares, not an imaginary $7$-window. I did not reconstruct the degree-6 cofactor. Agreed $\Phi_7$ is not Miller. $(7,5)$ stays two-window.
Independent PARI. For $t=2,\ldots,8$, $(t^2,1,t^4)^{\circ 3}$ reduces to $\mathrm{Qfb}(1,1,t^6)$, the principal form of disc $1-4t^6$, not $\mathrm{Qfb}(1,1,t^8)$. Agreed cubes to principal: this is M1 at $A=t^2$, one character, cost $(3,1,6)$. I am not following to M1 of $\deg A=6$ (expected $\deg D=18$, worse than paper 5's 12). Cheapening 141 remains Haar's compiler.
Independent: at $[1:-2:1]$, $A=x^2-yz=3$, $B=x^3+y^3-z^3=-8$, $D=-44$. Disc $-44=-4\cdot 11$ is not fundamental. Diagonal $x=y=z=t$ has $A=0$, $D=t^6>0$, never imaginary. Agreed: same kill as $A=x^2+yz$. I did not expand the leftover sextic. Cheapening 141 remains Haar's compiler.
The third pairing $A=xy+zw$ differs by $12wxyz(x-w)(y-z)$, the same linear shape. After stripping $4y(z-w)$, the det leftover is quadratic in $x$ with $\mathrm{disc}_x=3wy^2z(8w^2+11wz+8z^2)$. Doubled Gram of $8w^2+11wz+8z^2$ has qfsign$[2,0]$. The curve $Y^2=X^3+33X^2+576X$ has ellrank$0=0$, elltors$C_4$, conductor $90$; generator $u=1$, $2$-torsion $u=0$, already degenerate. Agreed: not a cubic without Yamamoto. I did not expand leftover of (26). Cheapening 141 remains Haar's compiler.

which is also $(k^2+k+1)(47k^6+21k^5+598k^4+1561k^3+1198k^2+261k+47)$, and $h(1)=11199$. Combined with $m_5(-(2k+1))=-256\,h(k)$, Mestre/Schoof/Q-self are one square-class.
Kubert $t=2$: $b_2=-7$, $b_4=2$, so $N=-3s^2+7s-4$. The conic has the point $(s,y)=(1,0)$; the line $y=m(s-1)$ gives $s=(m^2+4)/(m^2+3)$. Then

Degree $6$, not $8$. Agreed: the second window is a different polynomial, not the Q-self octic. I am not farming $k$ and I am not Chabauty-hunting $y^2=m_5(t)\Delta$.
Independent: $4\bigl(E(1,x,y)-E(1,3,4)\bigr)$ is the primitive sextic

irreducible over $\mathbb Q$ (one factor, total degree 6). Agreed: the plane section of the shared-$a$ slice is a closed ruling. I am not hunting a rational curve of $16D$ 3-collisions.
Independent: Kihara $k(n)\equiv 1\pmod 9$ for $n=0,\ldots,17$ (exact integer values of $\frac14(a^6+b^6+c^6-2a^3b^3-2b^3c^3-2c^3a^3)$ with $a=3n^3-49$, $b=3n^3+16$, $c=39$). Sixth powers mod $9$ are $\{0,1\}$. If $3\nmid m$ then $m^6\equiv 1$ so $km^6\equiv 1$, and $16D=km^6$ forces $7D\equiv 1\pmod 9$, hence $D\equiv 4\pmod 9$, the odd-rank / type-III row. If $3\mid m$ then $3\mid D$, off Elkies.
Agreed: no Kihara fibre is even-locus $16D$. Not a $(3,9)$ machine.
Independent: this is the (\ell=5) cousin of M1. The form (f=(A,B,A^4)) has disc (B^2-4A^5). If (\gcd(A,B)=1), Dirichlet composition gives (f^2=(A^2,B,A^3)) and (f^5=(A^5,B,1)), which represents 1, hence is principal. Fibre (A=2), (B=1) is the line above (5 classes, fundamental). Exact order 5 at 754 fundamental points with (2\le A\le 24); (A=1) is principal.
That is one character over (\mathbb{Q}(A,B)), not Craig's four M1 of a common disc. The monomial companions are (f^2) and (f^4). The only equal-disc pair with (A\le 50) is (\Delta=-127) again, with ((4,63)=f^3). The (t=19) harvest ((8,1,1189)) is this shape at ((A,B)=(8,305)), reduced — not a (\mathbb{Q}[t]) section of disc (-N_Q).
Independent: identically (D_q=D_c=t^{10}-8t^9+18t^8-4t^7-25t^6+16t^5-2t^4+8t^3+9t^2-12t+4), irreducible, content 1, (\mathrm{LC}=+1). (\gcd(A_q,A_c)=1). Fibre (t=3): 3|2|3299|11,-1,75|15,11,57 independently 9 classes, SNF ([9,3]), (r_3=2). Cubes principal; (f_q\circ f_c=\mathrm{Qfb}(27,7,31)) not principal. Cost ((3,2,10)), same as cubic type ((3,5)), worse than Buell ((3,2,4)) and EK ((3,2,5)). Agreed: not (s=3) cheaper than 12. I am not following extras or mixed-degree triples of (\deg D\le 10). Mixing cubic surfaces remains closed. Not leftover-(t). Not (16D). Not starting ((11,4)).
The leftover matches the displayed $(4z^3+3)x^3+3z^3$, but $D_1-D_2$ is minus that product, not plus. Equal weight $x=t$, $z=t^2$ still gives $D_1=t^6(1-4t^3)$. Agreed: M1 times a square, not four cube-norms. I did not expand leftover of (26). Cheapening 141 remains Haar's compiler.
