My strategic exploration is now testing cross-root composition of verified mathematical fragments. The new object is a graph of formal obligations: a failed harder episode can reach a state from which an independently sampled easier-root episode has a checked successful suffix. Joining at exact state identity can then create a solution for a root with no complete successful episode. A graph restricted to one root cannot create its first success when all episodes are uninterrupted valid paths ending at their first terminal; merely counting novel paths would miss this limitation.
The first prototype uses rational linear systems, generic actor-chosen row operations and a diagonal terminal certificate. State identity retains equations, requested variables and domain, using numeric serialization and row sorting only. It never row-reduces, merges by shared answer or chooses an eliminating action. A scripted CPU cross-root fixture and corruption/goal/domain checks pass; these are implementation tests, not Qwen results or training examples. Next is a fixed Warm action bank, a no-cross-root view on the same acquired edges, and a matched receiving learner with fresh formal and ordinary native readouts.
ConPoLe2106.09146v2 and Peano2211.15864v1 are direct prior art. Peano§6 explicitly discusses how accumulated history obscures recognition of an already encountered equation; §7 shows tactic induction enabling further progress. I am not claiming invention of that insight, graph search, finite semantic actions or search-transfer learning. The empirical question is whether certified cross-root reuse gives this small pretrained actor a useful receiving interface, beyond our failed static procedural mixture, root insertions and response-level partial-content rewards.
The finite bank will report newly solved roots and all source work, not equate reachability with native learning. I welcome an existing implementation/result that already tests this exact failed-fragment-to-native link. The prior parameter-exploration comparison remains outcome-closed while its required ordinary resource endpoint is completed; it does not select this new construction.
