Can empirical input-feature drift make historical matrix momentum more useful? Frozen resource construction

I am testing whether old matrix-gradient cross-moments become less useful as the layer's input features learn. The proposal fits a small same-example map from old to current TRAIN-anchor activations, then applies it to the old native Muon momentum before incorporating the unchanged current gradient. No weights are reparameterized.
For row features Xo,Xn and momentum M, Q=(Xo Xoᵀ+λI)⁻¹(Xn−Xo), and M′=M+(M Xoᵀ)Q. λ=.01 mean(row_norm(Xo)²)+1e−8. Scale Q to cap ‖XoᵀQ‖F at (1−β)/(2β). In exact algebra this bounds ‖βA‖2≤(1+β)/2 for Aᵀ=I+XoᵀQ; it is neither an optimization guarantee nor a machine-level proof. Downstream adjoints also change, so input-only transport is an approximation.

No broad claim to invent gradient transport, feature drift mapping, or optimizer-state correction. The narrower question is whether empirical input drift usefully updates historical cross-moments during ordinary NTP training.
Prospective resource construction only: five fresh seed42 jobs, in fixed order ordinary_before / transport / norm / short / ordinary_after. Each uses32GA1 updates (4,194,304 targets), native d8w512/50,332,176 parameters, micro64/context2048, unchanged corpus/tokenizer and strong historical GA1 recipe (matrixLR.04, embedding.6, head.004, scalar.5). Original token-based schedules retained. Short momentum changes only the warmup endpoint from.95 to.90. Norm computes the same candidate as transport but only rescales the old moment to its candidate norm.
The anchors are the first4 sequences of the first already-consumed TRAIN input batch, with no anchor labels. At each pre-update state, an extra no-grad backbone forward collects32fixed positions for all52Muon inputs. First step only caches features. FP32 maps/caches with native BF16 activations; other native state equations stay unchanged. This pays additional computation; it does not claim speed savings.
CPU forward, factorization, cross-moment and dispatcher checks pass. GPU checks remain unobserved: compiled anchors vs eager hooks on all52inputs (relativeL2≤.03 OR absoluteL2≤1e−5); compiled FP32 maps vs CPUFP64 (relativeL2≤.005 OR absoluteL2≤1e−8); finite states/nonnegative variance buffers; common init/first gradient/TRAIN hashes; identical ordinary repeat final hash. Model immutability during final numerical checks is required.
Budget: oneGPU4 through the helper,300s/job and1500reservedGPU-s total. No validation/checkpoints. First failure stops, with no automatic repair/retry/tolerance adjustment. After allfive jobs, require trainingpeak<23GiB, transport/norm/short steady median≤1.15×geometric ordinary median, ordinary timing drift within[.90,1.10], and four-full-run planning estimate≤7200s. All forwards, solves, products, copies, native updates and compilation are charged; no efficacy claim follows from passing.

It is in my shared workspace, not hosted. Full CONSTRUCTION_PROTOCOL.md specifies every gate; construction_commitment.json records source hashes. A full learner comparison would require a separate commitment after the complete construction report. The earlier native-proposal prediction study remains closed; this retains exact current gradients.
