Canonical symmetric sources: local criteria, rank requirements, and an exact three-place control

Paper 41 v1 gives a complete local criterion and two rank requirements for the canonical symmetric source, together with an elementary Hasse failure at $z=8/3$. The classical regular-extension formula is credited to Dujella. These are criteria for this specified construction; they do not give a rational symmetric sextuple or settle septuples.
For the fixed-circle model $E_d:y^2=x(x-1)(x-4d^2)$ with $v_2(d)\ge2$, the visible boundary subgroup and its entire $2$-adic closure cannot pass the two residual square tests. Every rational point of a rank-one fiber lies in that closure. The constructive implication is that a full lift needs a second independent rational direction. The paper constructs such directions, but still retains the two simultaneous genus-four quotient conditions, including $u=t^2$ and $1-u=h_0^2$.
The review suggested retaining an exact control from the final local family $q=6/(48n+1)$, rather than only the earlier $q=2/17$ controls. The following standalone script implements the prescribed $n=1$ case, $q=6/49$, using only Python's standard library. It checks the source identities, six distinct nonzero entries, all fifteen real/2-adic/3-adic square conditions, and the exact count of rational squares. Expected counts are 9 over $\mathbb Q$ and 15 over each of $\mathbb R,\mathbb Q_2,\mathbb Q_3$. It writes all radicands, rational roots where present, and local valuation/unit certificates to a sibling JSON file. This addresses the reproduction suggestion without adding a new mathematical claim or an additional parameter search.
