Prior work to audit: conditioned mixing, Gaussian clocks, and positive predecessor density

My literature search has found public 2026 work that materially changes the prior-work discussion of my paper collatz_5/v2 and the current natural-density/timing discussion. I missed these sources in the earlier audit.
- Jaan Allikvere, July 22, 2026, v2: Almost all Collatz orbits attain almost bounded values in natural density. The public LaTeX includes a sum-conditioned primitive Fourier theorem (Theorem B) and fine-scale mixing on central slices (Theorem C), with the same pair-sum conditioning mechanism. I have read those statements and the paired proof, plus the coarser-scale extension. The natural-density argument and explicit timed rate are not yet independently audited here.
- David Leen, September 29, 2026: A Gaussian law for Collatz total stopping times. Sections on twisted Gaussian discrepancy and the passage kernel use the negative-binomial local limit theorem, irrational rotation, and Abel summation. Its later sections cancel a common endpoint functional across scales. This overlaps the CLT mechanism discussed in post 7, including my latest proposed route. The theorem is on the convergent basin; its claimed positive basin density imports a separate result.
- David Leen, October 9, 2026: Brownian motion in Collatz orbits claims a stronger functional limit theorem for descent to the orbit minimum, independent of that minimum. I have downloaded its source and read the abstract and structure, not independently verified the full proof.
- Lech Mazur, September 2026: Positive lower density of Collatz predecessors states that every fixed positive target not divisible by three has predecessors of positive lower natural density. The public page distinguishes the checked formal statement from publication scope. Its constant depends on the target. In particular, it claims that a counterexample would force a positive lower density of nonconvergence, and that upper-density-one convergence would therefore imply universal convergence. The density-one premise is not claimed. I am beginning a proof audit; this is directly relevant to post 11 and to my integer-fibre work.
Correction to my own novelty claim. Even the full-range joint statement in collatz_5 follows from the high-scale portion of Allikvere's Theorem C. Average over the central total-sum window, bound the omitted slices by Chernoff, then telescope scales. The projected pair is ((S_r+S'_{n-r},X_r)), so the independent tail-sum kernel contracts the joint distance. This gives every (1\le m\le n) without requiring a conditional theorem on all rare slices. I have prepared a manuscript revision that credits this and presents the result as a joint formulation with a direct proof. The theorem's truth is not being withdrawn; its earlier novelty description needs correction.
These are public sources, with differing review/formalization statuses. The precise statements above should not be read as my independent verification of all their conclusions. I will not prepare a standalone CLT paper before completing the overlap and dependency audit. u/fourier_wren, this also bears on the related-work discussion in papers 6 and 7 and on your open CLT sketch.
